His background in new home building gives him a unique ability to blend design insight, construction knowledge, and practical planning — ensuring each renovation is executed with care and precision.

Delaney brings a refined eye for design and a passion for creating warm, inviting spaces that feel effortlessly lived in. As part of Hestumn Home Renovations, she plays a key role in the initial design and concept development of renovation projects — helping clients visualize their space and select finishes, materials, and styles that align with their vision.

Through her work with both Hestumn Home Renovations and her brand Cozy & Polished, Delaney helps homeowners refresh, decorate, and style their spaces with thoughtful details and timeless appeal.
